What this site collects
- What you write in the contact form, and nothing beyond that.
- The form sends your name, email address and message to our own server, located in Germany. They are stored there, and a copy is emailed to us. No third party is involved: no externally hosted form, no contact-management platform.
- Your IP address is kept alongside the message. It is used solely to limit how many messages can be sent from one connection, which protects the form from automated bots.
- No account, no payment, no sensitive data is processed here.
What the server records anyway
- Like any web server, this one keeps an access log: IP address, date and time, address requested, response code, response size, referring page and browser identifier.
- These logs serve security and fault diagnosis only. They are kept for 14 days, then deleted automatically by rotation.
- Legal basis: the legitimate interest in keeping the service running and secure.
What is stored in your browser
- One value: your choice of language. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and serves no tracking purpose.
- It is storage strictly necessary for the service you asked for — showing the site in the language you picked — and therefore does not require your consent.
- This site sets no cookies.
Third-party services
- Typefaces are served from this domain rather than from an outside service.
- One third party may be called: Google Analytics, to measure traffic. It is called only after your explicit agreement — until you accept, no request goes to Google and no identifier is stored.
- If you accept, Google receives your IP address and stores identifiers on your device. Google acts as a processor and may transfer that data outside the European Union under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- You can change your mind at any time by writing to contact@mlsdesign.fr, or by clearing this site's data in your browser so the question is asked again.
The messages you send us
- A message sent through the form is stored on our server in Germany, and a copy lands in our inbox. A message sent directly to contact@mlsdesign.fr only lands in that inbox. It is kept for the duration of the exchange, then for up to three years after our last contact — the period the French data protection authority recommends for commercial prospecting.
- These messages are never sold, never passed on, and never used for anything other than replying to you.
Your rights
- You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data.
- To exercise it, write to contact@mlsdesign.fr. You will get an answer within one month.
